About the Instructor, Lynna Jackson:
After formal musical instruction on the piano, guitar, recorder, trumpet, and violin, I discovered the joy of playing the mountain dulcimer in 1980. I have been adding joy to my life by playing a mountain dulcimer consistently since 2000. I am a trained mountain dulcimer instructor and have been teaching others to play for many years.
Current student Michelle M. says:
"Lynna is a highly skilled and welcoming teacher who respects all levels of musical understanding and skill. She meets us where we are and takes us far with grace and good humor, plus lots of helpful hints and cultural information that makes learning the dulcimer really grand!"
