Why are some arrangements free while others require a small payment ...
Some Tab is free because the original composer provided the song to the world for free and I am respectful of their intent. Others are free because they were not that difficult to create.
Other tab requires a small fee because the current copyright owner requires those fees. In those cases, I the arranger get about .10 cents per copy. Finally some tab requires a small tip because those pieces took many hours over many weeks of my time to research and arrange.
